Our cream is made from top-quality Galician milk. The final product has a creamy, generous and balanced taste.
Powder ingredientes
Demineralised whey powder
Demineralised whey powder is a product obtained during the cheese making process. It is obtained through a demineralisation process to remove mineral salts from the cheese, mild pasteurisation and spray-drying.
1% milk powder – SMP1%
It’s produced by drying pasteurised milk. It is intended for industrial use and has multiple applications: from its use as an ingredient in the manufacture of a wide range of foods to products for infants and young children.
Sweet Whey Powder (SWP)
Product obtained from drying the sweet whey from the cheese production process. The powder is loose and homogeneous. Whey provides a higher nutritional value and texture to food products to which it is applied.

Our clarified butter is a 100% natural product, with no preservatives or colouring agents, obtained by heating butter made from cream to achieve the almost total elimination of water and non-fat solids.
